CNC Department
With 50 CNC machines as the core, we have built a professional technical and quality control team to ensure that every piece of product meets the customer's requirements. Our team includes process engineers with more than 10 years of experience, senior programmers and professional quality inspectors, who can provide one-stop services from product design optimization, process formulation, programming debugging to finished product inspection.
In terms of quality control, we have equipped professional testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, roughness meters and hardness testers, and established a full-process quality control system covering raw material inspection, first-piece inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. Combined with the traceability system of each process, we ensure that the qualified rate of products processed by 50 CNC machines reaches 100%, and provide reliable quality assurance for global customers.

Lathe Department
Our department is equipped with 18 high-performance lathes, including multiple turn-mill composite sliding head lathes, forming a complete equipment matrix covering conventional turning and precision composite machining. Precision Sheet Metal Department
The coordinated configuration of 13 sets of equipment (including laser cutting machines and bending machines) can be widely adapted to the processing needs of various fields such as auto parts, electronic equipment casings, precision mechanical sheet metal accessories, hardware products, and architectural decoration sheet metal. It can efficiently complete core processes of sheet metal parts, including cutting, bending, and forming.
